1. About Tasvirwala
Tasvirwala is a managed visual-production marketplace that connects customers with photographers, videographers, filmmakers and production professionals. Tasvirwala coordinates the booking process — from the initial brief through creator matching, quoting, milestone payments, and delivery — but is not itself a photography studio or production company.
2. Using the platform
By submitting an enquiry, application, review, or contact message through Tasvirwala, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for the content of your project briefs and communications.
3. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a booking. An enquiry is a request for Tasvirwala to coordinate a suitable creator match and prepare a quote. A booking is only confirmed after:
- The customer reviews and accepts the proposed scope, creator and terms.
- The 20% booking token payment is received.
Until the token is paid, the creator's calendar is not locked and the booking may be offered to another customer.
4. Payment schedule
Bookings follow a milestone payment schedule:
- 20% booking token — locks the date.
- 30% pre-shoot — due before shoot day.
- 50% on delivery — final assets released after this payment.
Agreed platform fees and service margins are built into the confirmed booking quotation with complete transparency.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellation terms depend on timing:
- More than 7 days before the shoot: The booking token is partly refundable (minus a processing fee).
- Within 7 days of the shoot: The token is non-refundable (covers the creator's blocked calendar).
- After the pre-shoot payment: The pre-shoot amount is non-refundable.
6. Creator verification
Creators on Tasvirwala are personally recruited and verified through an interview, portfolio review, and reference check. However, Tasvirwala does not guarantee the creative output, and the final deliverables are subject to the agreed scope and the creator's professional judgement.
7. Location coverage
Creator availability is location-dependent. Tasvirwala only matches creators who genuinely serve the requested shoot location, based on their declared service areas and travel willingness. If no suitable creator is available, Tasvirwala may investigate alternatives through a managed enquiry, but does not guarantee a match.
8. Deliverables and revisions
Deliverables are defined in the agreed booking scope. Each booking includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately according to clear category guidelines.
9. Reviews and moderation
Only customers with a delivered or settled booking can submit a review. Reviews are moderated by the Tasvirwala ops team before publishing. Creators can post replies through the ops team. Tasvirwala reserves the right to reject reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or irrelevant.
10. Intellectual property
Usage rights for deliverables are defined in the agreed booking terms. Unless otherwise specified, the customer receives a personal-use license for photographs and films. Commercial usage rights must be explicitly agreed in the booking scope.
11. Platform misuse
Tasvirwala reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for users who misuse the platform, including submitting fraudulent enquiries, harassing creators, attempting to bypass payment, or violating these terms.
12. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, customers should contact Tasvirwala's operations team first. Tasvirwala will mediate between the customer and the creator to achieve a fair resolution.
13. Limitation of liability
Tasvirwala facilitates the booking and coordination process but is not the creator of the visual content. Tasvirwala's liability is limited to the platform commission received on the confirmed booking.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
Unresolved items requiring legal review: Legal entity name, registered address, governing law, jurisdiction, liability cap, refund processing fee amount, force majeure provisions, IP framework details, and formal dispute resolution mechanism.
