Submitting this request does not charge you and does not guarantee booking availability. It begins the coordination process with our operations team.
Confirmation call
Tasvirwala contacts you by phone to confirm availability, discuss requirements, agree on pricing and clarify booking terms.
We personally verify timing, location coverage, and scope before any payment is discussed.
Payment instructions through WhatsApp
Official payment instructions are sent exclusively through our verified business WhatsApp channel.
Only after the confirmation call verifies all terms do we send payment instructions. We do not operate an automated online payment gateway.
Agreed milestone payment schedule
20% booking token, 30% pre-shoot, and 50% final payment before deliverables are released.
These percentages represent our agreed booking policy, confirmed with you prior to collection. You never pay the full amount upfront.
Manual payment verification & restricted delivery
Each payment is verified by our finance team before recording. Final deliverables release via restricted Google Drive.
Full-resolution assets are delivered with restricted permissions directly to your verified email once the final balance is verified.
