Tasvirwala collects the following personal information through its website and APIs:

• Booking enquiries: Your name, email, phone number, project type, shoot city, event date, budget range, and project details.
• Creator applications: Your name, email, phone, craft, city, years of experience, portfolio URL, Instagram handle, gear summary, and notes.
• Newsletter subscriptions: Your email address.
• Contact messages: Your name, email, subject, and message.
• Reviews: Your name, email, rating, and review text (only from customers with a delivered booking).
• Booking records: Customer name, email, creator assignment, payment milestone data, and project details.

We use the information you provide to:

• Review your enquiry and match you with suitable creators.
• Coordinate quotes, bookings, and project milestones.
• Process payments and record milestone payments.
• Communicate with you about your project.
• Verify creator applications and manage the creator workspace.
• Moderate and display reviews on creator profiles.
• Send newsletter updates (only if you subscribe).

Your data is securely stored in verified database infrastructure hosted on the application's secure servers. The application runs on the canonical domain booktasvirwala.online. No data is transmitted to third-party ad networks or tracking brokers.

Account access and personal data are strictly protected by server-side authentication, encrypted sessions, and role-based access control. All customer and creator workspaces enforce independent authorization, and administrative consoles are restricted strictly to authorized operations personnel with database-verified credentials.

Tasvirwala records payment milestones (token, pre-shoot, on-delivery amounts) in its database. The current implementation does not process live payments or store credit card numbers. Payment provider integration (Razorpay Route or Cashfree Easy Split) is planned for a future phase. When integrated, payment processing will be handled by the provider's secure infrastructure, and Tasvirwala will not store full card details.

The application uses essential cookies for session management and functionality. No tracking, advertising, or third-party cookies are used in the current implementation.

The application currently uses:

• Licensed showcase imagery clearly identified as curated visual styles.
• Essential transactional email infrastructure for account and booking notifications.

Tasvirwala does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, please contact us for deletion.
