Data sources
Tasvirwala uses the following open-data sources to power its India-wide location search. We are grateful to the communities + government agencies that publish this data.
GeoNames
Canonical geographic reference
Tasvirwala’s location search is powered by the GeoNames India gazetteer, which provides canonical city, district, and state names, alternate spellings, and optional coordinates for locations throughout India.

Disclaimer
GeoNames and India Post do not endorse Tasvirwala. The data is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy, timeliness, or completeness. Location suggestions are informational; final booking availability + travel terms are confirmed by our ops team.
Creator coverage
Location search coverage (which Indian locations you can search) is separate from creator coverage (which creators actually serve a location). Tasvirwala currently has a small verified creator network. If no creator serves your location, we will tell you honestly + offer a managed enquiry so our ops team can investigate alternatives.
